Our refund and returns policy is set out below.

We are a distributor/reseller for the UK factories who’s products feature on this website. All of these products are manufactured to each individual customers order, (We don’t hold any products in stock. When you place an order, it will be manufactured exclusively for you). These are bespoke and specialist products, and as such are none refundable. The factory won’t refund us, so we can’t refund you. Please don’t order something if you are thinking of returning it for a refund.
